Matar paneer



Ingredients:

MATAR PANEER

1 cup paneer
1 cup green peas
½ cup yogurt
½ cup tomatoes (chopped)
½ cup onion (chopped)
2-3 green chilly ( chopped)
Coriander (chopped)
2 – 3 tablespoon ghee /oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste

Method:

Heat oil/ghee in a pan ,fry Paneer til golden light color keep aside.Now in separate Pan, heat ghee again
add the onions and fry till light golden then add all powders and salt. Stir few seconds.Now add green chillies,tomatoes,yogurt. Simmer 8-10 minutes.Then add the peas (microwave peas for 4min)mix well and before serving add the fried paneer . Stir gently.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot roti or jeera rice
