OKRA FRY
Ingredients:
1/4 kg bendakaya
2 onion
2 tsp mirchi powder
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice(optional)
METHOD:
Chop okra into small pieces ,add 1 tsp lemon juice and keep a side .In a pan, heat oil add chopped okra and chopped onions fry till they are done .When okra is crisp golden in colour add mirchi powder,salt.Serve hot with rice and roti.
