PLANTAIN FRY
Ingredients:
1 aratikaya
2 onion
2 tsp mirchi powder
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
METHOD:
Chop plantain into small pieces,keep them in water .In a pan, heat oil add chopped aratikaya and chopped onions fry till they are done .When aratikaya is crisp golden in colour add mirchi powder,salt.Serve hot with rice rasam & dal.
